For our third episode we talk a little about some of the hip hop that will be hitting Osheaga on Saturday, along with some rock and party vibes. We take a look at slowthai, BIA, Sampa the Great, Bleachers and Caribou.
Note: The track we play from Caribou is actually from Daphni. What does that mean? Well, there’s some ambiguity there. We get into it in the episode.
Osheaga is coming back in full force from July 29th the 31st at Parc Jean Drapeau and that means our Osheaga podcast series is back too! All summer long Sarah and I will be listening to music from every band featured at all 3 days of Osheaga and sharing some of our favorites with you every two weeks as part of this podcast. 5 bands per episode, 2 episodes devoted to each day of the festival and just to make things a little more interesting we stayed away from the headlining bands of each day, great as they are.
