Sophie had a sick Scottish Boy at home to deal with so she had to sit this one out, the boys held it down though and this episode had a really good vibe. So much so that after the hour we killed the mics and just kept rattling off podcast quality conversations. Not your run-off-the-mill conversations, podcast quality conversations. 9to5 Entertainment System 75: Get to the Intimacy

These new microphones bring about a whole different swarm of hurdles for me, the science dog of audio recording, to overcome. There’s something fishy about this recording. It sounds fine at regular volume, but if you turn it up too loud it gets really weird. I’m gonna do some tests. I guess, just don’t turn us up too loud? I mean, who the hell would just crank up a podcast? “Oh man, is that Episode 75 of 9es? THAT IS MY JAM! TURN THAT SHIT UP!!” Not likely. Another milestone achieved! 75 episodes! 9to5 Entertainment System 32: You’re a Shitty Baby

No Scott, tell us how you really feel about your about-to-be-born child. This is the last 9ES before Scott is a full blown father, I mean, I guess he’s a father right now, but his child still lives inside of his wife. What does that mean for 9ES? Hopefully it means nothing and we’ll still be able to steal Scott away for all important podcast recording sessions, realistically though it might mean we hear a little less from Scott in the coming months. Anyhow, our sound issues our back, I tried something a little different and it didn’t work out the way I planned at all. You would think that after recording nearly 100 podcasts we’d have this shit down by now wouldn’t you? Well you know what, fuck you.
