I’m not even 100% how we got around to writing this one. I wish I had better recollection of our process because I do not remember how this strip came to be. I think it started off as Jon dipping back into the well of his DM experience in a workplace setting and then sort of evolved into being about Jon wearing wizard robes to work. Which, as we know, he wears under his clothes anyways.
Wait a minute, is Jon a dowser? Aren’t they the real urban wizards?
You know you’ve been blogging, podcasting and writing comics for a long time when you can find previous references to DM’ing at work, wearing wizard robes all the time and dowsing for water all on your website. That stuff is just there, kicking around. For you.
