Oh yeah, there’s a point where we talk about the NHL Entry Draft and both Scott and I are right and wrong about how it works. The last place team has a 20% chance of picking first (down from 25%) but, since there is now a draft for 2nd and 3rd pick, they can drop as low as 4th pick overall. Source.
