Montreal Improv is alive and well! Well, it is alive, and with the help and support of all of us it will be well. Vance Gillis joins us on the latest episode of Go Plug Yourself to answer the question: “What object in your life brings you a strong memory, good or bad?” (as asked by Kenny Streule in the last episode).
As was mentioned a few times on this very podcast the great city of Montreal had lost Montreal Improv over the course of the pandemic, however, as Vance Gillis will happily inform you when you listen to this episode: the reports of the death of Montreal Improve have been greatly exaggerated.
Thanks to a new owner the Montreal Improv has returned to the city and everyone else on the planet for that matter since they’re online now! Happy day!
While Vance assures us that a physical venue is definitely in the future, right now you should head over to MontrealImprov.com and see what kinds of shows, classes and other content they will be bringing to you right now, on the internet. Courses are available at all levels now and online shows will be starting in the next month.
Also: Inés has returned to co-host this episode!
