The Montreal podcast that asks Green Party candidate Sam Fairbrother: What is special about your favorite socks? That questions was asked by Jonathan “Jobi” Bouchard on our last episode which you can listen to here.

It has been less than two years since Canada last had a federal election but boy does it somehow seem like it was either just yesterday or an entire lifetime ago. The last time Canadians went to the polls to elect a government was in the Fall of 2019 and as you may know a lot has changed since then.

Back then we had the Green Party representative for NDG-Westmount Robert Green on the show and Lawrence was just a featured guest host. Now we have Robert’s successor Sam Fairbrother on the show and Lawrence is a full fledged Go Plug Yourself co-host!

We get through a lot in this episode, from Sam explaining various elements of climate change that you may not have considered in simple terms, the ongoing climate crisis, his road as an environmentalist and more.

Find out more about Sam on his website, learn more about the Green Party on theirs and if you haven’t voted in advance make sure to vote this coming Monday September 20th.

Enjoy the show!
