Go Plug Yourself 56: SeXXXy Eddy I would probably be doing him some sort of a disservice if I didn't refer to him by his full title "Triple X Sex Express SeXXXy Eddy". You will note that not all the letters are capitalized, he wouldn't want to go crazy. Internationally traveled pro-wrestler SeXXXy Eddy joins Walter and I for an amazing journey into the world of having sex and wrestling all the time. This is one of our all time greatest episodes guys, I'm not even kidding. Also, I cannot stress enough that you Google "SeXXXy Eddy CZW". Don't say we didn't warn you. [powerpress]

9to5 Entertainment System 59: Childhood, Over I had a really good feeling about this one gang. I really felt like we were gonna manage to get the four of us in a room together for this episode. Alas, it was once again not to be. But that doesn't mean you need to suffer (unless you're a really big Scott fan, but be real, who is? His wife is not even a listener). Anyhow, Sophie, Jon and I get together to talk about fetishes in public, pony girls, the Quebec provincial election, Captain America, the Undertaker's streak, the Lego Movie, Muppets Most Wanted and probably some other shit. We blow the intro pretty hard so that's what I'm basing myself off of. 04/10/14 18:35
Go Plug Yourself 55: Holly Gauthier-Frankel (aka Miss Sugarpuss) The incomparable Holly Gauthier-Fankel joins Walter and I for a very civilized discussion that includes theatrical insights and then things take a rapid downward spiral (mostly my fault) when we talk about Houston rapper Fly Young Red's song "Throw That Boy Pussy". I apologize for that in advance. Holly was an absolute delight, talking about alter-ego burlesque star Miss Sugarpuss and also her voice acting career that includes a recurring character on Arthur for the past 18 (!) years. Listen now! 04/03/14 7:52
9to5 Entertainment System 58: Such A Stupid Face I will give 100 9to5 "bits" (the official currency of 9to5.cc) if someone can guess exactly who has a stupid face before listening to this episode. I'll give you a hint, this person lives in our province. There will be no real way for me to tell if you actually guess the answer or if you listened to the episode, but either way I will consider it a win for the website on the whole. Scott sits this one out due to boogers coming out of his baby's face. It's very sad. Enjoy the show kids! 03/27/14 7:29
Go Plug Yourself 54: LARPs the Series (Scott Humphrey and Jon Verrall) After alienating a bunch of our fans by doing back-to-back wrestling episodes we figured that we needed to get even more obscure and dive into the wacky wonderful world of live action roleplaying. A lot of you may be familiar with a successful little webseries that's come out of Montreal in the past few weeks called LARPs: The Series. We sat down with two of the stars (one of whom happens to also be the writer) Scott Humphrey and Jon Verrall. We talk about how much fun roleplaying is and also how bad the Jurassic Park sequels are.
There's a million ways you can keep track of... 03/20/14 7:30
9to5 Entertainment System 57: Reddit Was About Bee Stings Sophie was sleepy so this was another boys only 'cast. As such we have a moment of silence for Keira Knightley's hotness. We then run the usual gamut of movies, tv shows, video games and current events that you know and love. Every time we release another episode I am downright amazed that we've kept this shit going for over 2 years with next to no interruption. Hey, tell your friends. Or don't. But we'd prefer it if you do. For the record, the chessmaster that we talk about is Magnus Carlsen. Now you know. [powerpress]

Go Plug Yourself 53: C. David Blackburn & Ryan Rogan So, as you probably all know, we had John Prescott on two weeks ago and he had some pretty choice words for the likes of C. David Blackburn and Ryan Rogan. Blackburn and Rogan are both fixtures in their own right in the Quebec independent wrestling scene so their people were quick to contact the 9to5 (dot cc) head offices and demand a counterpoint interview. Now, in the name of journalistic integrity and transparency Walter and I decided to trek out to the East end of Montreal to sit down with these two men to talk wrestling, Halifax, fashion choices and just what it is that some people don't ... 03/06/14 13:20
9to5 Entertainment System 56: The World Needs More Tentacles So Scott has the plague or something so this one is no Scotts allowed! Your bi-weekly dose of a bunch of Montreal geeks shooting the shit is ready for your earholes. I don't have very much to talk about in this post so I'm going to use this little space to thank our loyal (and ever so slowly growing) fanbase for sticking with us for an astonishing 56 episodes so far (forget about the lost episodes!). If you like what we're doing seriously share us and like us on Facebook and do good things to us on iTunes. Get ready! Go![powerpress]

Go Plug Yourself 52: John Prescott So you might be asking yourself just who John Prescott is. Or, if you're one of our listeners that follows the local indie wrestling scene (and we know that is a few of you) you might either a) know who he is or b) wonder if he is in fact that guy you recognize from all the local events. Well, he is that guy. John comes on the show to talk all about the exciting stuff that he's promoting and is involved with, including a rap album! He also has some choice words for C David Blackburn and Ryan Rogan (who doesn't?). Finally, he makes an exciting announcement for an upcoming event in May! GPYS Exc... 02/20/14 7:52
